GST updates for Indian businesses
GST changes faster than any other part of the Indian tax code, and most of what is written about it online is either a press release rewritten or a year out of date. What we publish here is what we have had to actually apply for clients — the January 2026 ITC hard-locking in GSTR-3B, the three-year filing bar that started biting in December 2025, the GST 2.0 rate rationalisation that abolished the 12% slab, and the Rule 88B interest position that most calculators still get wrong.
Every post carries the date it was published and the date it was last reviewed, because a GST post without a date is worse than no post at all.
