Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim to make every engagement value for money. Where we fall short, here is how we handle refunds and cancellations.

Monthly retainers

  • Cancel anytime with 15 days notice. The unused portion of pre-paid retainer for the following month is refunded.
  • No refund is issued for the current month if cancellation notice is received after work has commenced.

One-off engagements

  • 50% refund if cancelled before document collection.
  • 25% refund if cancelled after document collection but before draft delivery.
  • No refund after draft delivery and approval.

Refund process

  • Approved refunds are processed via the original payment mode within 7-10 working days.
  • For UPI / NEFT, refund timing depends on the receiving bank.

Service issues

  • If you are dissatisfied, write to hello@theconsultingcrew.in within 7 days of delivery.
  • We investigate within 7 working days and either remediate the issue or issue a pro-rata refund.
