  • Deliver the compliance, advisory and product services you have engaged us for.
  • Communicate filing reminders, status updates and answers to your queries.
  • Comply with statutory obligations under Indian tax and corporate laws.
  • Improve our services with anonymised analytics.

Lawful basis

  • Your consent (e.g., when you submit the contact form or accept analytics cookies).
  • Performance of the engagement letter signed with you.
  • Legitimate professional duty (e.g., retaining audit work papers as required by ICAI).

Your rights

  • Access, correction, completion and erasure of your personal data.
  • Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.

Retention

  • Engagement records are retained for a minimum of 8 years to comply with the Income Tax Act and Companies Act, 2013.
