Our story
The Consulting Crew was founded in 2019 in Jaipur by Ashish Sharma with a straightforward belief: compliance should not be a bottleneck for growing businesses.
What started as a solo practice has grown into a core team of 15+ in Jaipur, working with an empanelled network of Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries and Cost Accountants across India, serving over 300 active retainer clients.
The Consulting Crew is a business consulting and compliance-management firm. We do the preparation, the coordination, the filing and the client communication. Where an engagement needs statutory attest work, certification or an audit, that work is performed by independently empanelled Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries and Cost Accountants who are in practice themselves and who take responsibility for the opinions they give. You will always know who is doing which part of your work.
We were early adopters of WhatsApp-first delivery, letting business owners send documents and receive filed returns without ever opening a portal. During the COVID lockdowns of 2020, this approach proved its worth and became our defining workflow.
Over the years we expanded into payroll, ROC and CFO advisory, and built the TCC Digital Hub so clients can track every filing, deadline and document in one place. Since 2019 we have completed engagements for more than 1,100 businesses across India, over 300 of which are on active monthly retainers today.

A qualified Chartered Accountant and tech-forward entrepreneur, Ashish founded TCC to bridge the gap between modern Indian businesses and traditional compliance services. He leads strategy, client advisory, and the technology roadmap.

Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer
Founded the practice in Jaipur in 2019 and leads it today. He sets the firm's engagement standards, takes the senior advisory calls on complex GST and income-tax positions, and owns the technology direction that keeps delivery WhatsApp-first rather than portal-first.
Lalchand Sharma
Chief Financial Officer
Runs the firm's own finances and heads the virtual-CFO practice. His side of the work is the part clients feel monthly: books closed on a fixed cycle, an MIS pack that reaches the owner rather than the auditor, and the working-capital and funding conversations that follow from it.
Anil Kumar Sharma
Chief Compliance Officer
Owns the compliance calendar across every client file — GST, TDS, income tax, ROC and payroll — and the review gate a return passes before it is filed. Departmental notices and assessments escalate to him, and he decides when a matter needs an empanelled professional's signature.
Ankit Sharma
Client Relationship Manager
The named person most clients actually deal with. He runs onboarding, document collection and the WhatsApp response commitment, and makes sure a query reaches whoever can answer it rather than sitting in a queue.
Prashant Sharma
Chief of Technology & IT
Builds and maintains the client portal, the document vault and the reminder automation behind the deadline alerts. He also owns the free calculators and tools on this site, and the data-handling practices that keep client records DPDP-appropriate.
