Our story
The Consulting Crew was founded in 2019 in Jaipur by CA Ashish Sharma with a straightforward belief: compliance should not be a bottleneck for growing businesses.
What started as a solo CA practice has grown into a 15-member team of chartered accountants, company secretaries, and finance analysts serving over 300 active retainer clients across India.
We were early adopters of WhatsApp-first delivery, letting business owners send documents and receive filed returns without ever opening a portal. During the COVID lockdowns of 2020, this approach proved its worth and became our defining workflow.
In 2023, we launched Paise Ki Pathshala, a financial literacy initiative to educate Indian MSMEs on tax, investment, and money management. In 2025, we introduced Vaani AI, a voice-powered assistant for compliance queries.
