Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of theconsultingcrew.in and any engagement you enter with The Consulting Crew (TCC). By using the site or engaging us, you agree to these Terms.
Scope of engagement
- Services are delivered per the signed engagement letter or written confirmation on WhatsApp / email.
- Out-of-scope work is quoted and confirmed separately.
Fees and payment
- Monthly retainers are payable in advance, on the first of every calendar month.
- One-off engagements are billed on a milestone basis with 50% advance.
- GST at 18% is applicable on all invoices.
Client responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate data and documents in a timely manner.
- Approve filings before due dates.
- Make statutory payments (GST, TDS, advance tax) on time once advised.
Limitation of liability
- Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement in the preceding 6 months.
- We are not liable for penalty or interest arising from delayed or inaccurate information from you.
Termination
- Either party may terminate a monthly retainer with 15 days written notice.
- On termination, we hand over filed returns, work papers and login access in an orderly transition.
Dispute resolution
- These Terms are governed by Indian law.
- Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
